Maryna Bybyk ("we") built Reelo AI (the "App"). This policy explains what data the App processes, why, and your choices. Contact: annafae434r534t@gmail.com.
1. No account required
The App does not require registration. We identify your installation with a random anonymous identifier so that your purchases and credits work. It is not linked to your name, e-mail or phone number. You can see it in the App under Profile → User ID.
2. Data we process

We do not use advertising, we do not sell data, and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
3. AI processing
When you tap Generate, the text, photos, clips or audio you selected are sent to a third-party AI generation service to create the result. We ask for your permission before the first upload; you can review this in Profile → AI data processing. Requests that break the provider's content rules are refused.
4. Face data
Photos you add may show faces. We use them only to create the result you asked for: they are sent to the AI generation provider for that single request. We do not use face data to identify anyone, to build face templates or profiles, for advertising, or to train AI models, and we do not share it with anyone else. Our copy is deleted within 2 days; the AI provider processes it only to produce your result under its own retention rules. You can ask us to delete anything linked to your User ID at any time (see section 7).
5. Your results and history
Your results and history are stored on your device. Deleting a result in the App or deleting the App removes them from your device. We keep a temporary copy of each result for up to 7 days so that it can be delivered even if the App was closed.
6. Payments
Payments are processed by Apple. We never receive your payment card details. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your Apple ID settings.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example GDPR in the EU/EEA or CCPA in California), you may request access to or deletion of data linked to your anonymous identifier. Write to annafae434r534t@gmail.com and include the User ID shown in Profile. We reply within 30 days.
8. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes
We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version.
